If you are unsatisfied with your Activ5 product purchase from EMPpad Limited UK for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a full refund.
You may return the Activ5 product and accessories contained in the original packaging, purchased from EMPpad Limited UK in accordance with the terms below.
To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:
- A return authorisation must be requested from EMPpad’s customer service within 30 days of your date of receipt. To request a return authorisation, please contact our customer service at email@example.com.
- You must return the Activ5 in full to receive a refund. Your Activ5 Product must be returned in good condition (not broken or damaged), in the original packaging and all accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
- The return authorisation number that you were given by EMPpad’s customer service must be included along with your returned Activ5 Product.
Additional terms and conditions:
- Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid are not refundable.
- You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned Activ5 Product while in transit back to EMPpad.
- If you return anActiv5 Product toEMPpad Limited UK : (a) without a return authorisation from EMPpad Limited UK ; or (b) without the original packaging and all parts and accessories originally included with your purchase: EMPpad Limited UK retains the right to refuse acceptance of such return.
