Our web forms do not store your any information you submit to us on our own web servers. Our webforms automatically email us with your enquiry / message directly.

Providing personal data whilst purchasing an item(s) from our Online Shop
Our online shop requires that all customer placing an order online create an account.
We ask you to provide the minimum amount of information possible to process your order.
Your personal information is stored securely on our secure web server and is only accessible from our website front end by you, our customer.
To access your account information, Please click ‘My Account‘ at the top left of our webpages.
Here you will be asked to enter the username and password you provided during checkout.
If you have forgotten your password, you may request a password reminder email.
Once logged in, you have direct access to the personal information you provided at checkout. This may include your name, email address, billing address, shipping address and phone number. These account pages also provide direct access to the orders you have placed via our website.
GDPR ‘right to be forgotten’
You are able to to change the personal data you provided at checkout on our website directly by logging in as stated above. Currently the WordPress Core ( the website we have built emppadlifestyle.com on ) does not allow users/customers to directly delete their account information. Please be assured that WordPress and WooCommerce are working hard to bring this functionality as soon as possible.
OK, so how do I delete may data from your website?
Currently, you will need to contact our DPO directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and request that we remove your account permanently. Alternately, you can choose to edit/anonymise your personal data provided on the online account by logging in, then changing the data for random content.
We understand this isn’t an ideal solution for our customers. As soon as WordPress Core provide us with a more robust solution, we’ll update this Privacy Notice to reflect this.
Providing Payment information via our Online Checkout
For additional security, all information submitted via our website is done via 256bit SSL encryption ( Green Padlock ) which is required by Stripe.com before their API will allow a payment to be transmitted via the internet.
Other ways we may process your Personal Data
We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our site.
If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence temporarily offline in order to help us complete your enquiry efficiently and effectively.
EMPpad, Email Marketing and your Personal Data
We offer double opt-in at submission and provide the facility for users to unsubscribe at any time with ease.
We DO NOT share your personal information with anyone else for marketing or advertising purposes. Submission to our mailing list is strictly for the intended use of EMPpad and for providing our subscribers with useful, relevant and helpful information on our services and products.
Google Analytics, Tracking Codes and your Personal Data
We use Google Analytics to provide anonymised details of our users’ visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, blogs, operating system, browser usage and other communication data may be collected by our Google Analytics account. This data does not contain any personal information about our users including IP addresses.
Where we store your Personal Data
All information you provide to us for this purpose is stored on our third party Newsletter subscription facility secure servers and NOT on our web servers.
Any payment transactions will be encrypted. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. Our administrators do not have access to this password at all. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
Although we invoke class leading 256bit SSL encryption thought our website, the transmission of information via the internet is not always completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk.
Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

Additionally our webserver use WordFence Firewall, the industry leading security platform which vastly reduces the chances of system and brute force hacking attempts. Wordfence scan leverages a proprietary feed, alerting our administrators quickly in the event of a website compromise or breach based on one of the largest live global databases of such attacks.
In the event of a website breach that may compromise Personal Data
In the event our administrators are informed of a data breascthat may effect our user/customer’s stored Personal Data, we will take immediate action then quickly contact all effected, informing them of what action we’ve taken to secure their information and if there is any additional action we suggest they undertake on their own.
IP Addresses and Cookies
Via Google Analytics, we may collect information about your computer, including approximate geographic location, operating system and browser type for search Engine optimisation purposes. This is anonymised statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and is not able to identify any individual and/or collect personal information.
Via Google Analytics, we may obtain information about your general internet usage by using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer. Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer’s hard drive. They help us to improve our site and to deliver a better and more personalised service. They enable us:
